Augusta & Co is proud to announce the sale by Zephyr of the Guleslettene 197.4MW ready-to-build wind farm project located in west Norway to BlackRock. The project is expected to generate in excess of 710GWh annually when operational.
The output from the project will be purchased for 15 years by Alcoa and the PPA is guaranteed by GIEK, the Norwegian export credit agency.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to Zephyr on the sale to BlackRock and on sourcing the PPA. Augusta has now advised on over 1GW of wind projects with corporate PPAs.
