Augusta & Co is pleased to announce the sale by SUSI Sustainable Energy, a fund managed by SUSI Partners, of 85% of Third Step, a 38.6 MWp operating solar portfolio consisting of eight ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants located in southern France, to Société Anonyme Monégasque Monaco Energies Renouvelables (M.E.R).
Third Step went into operation in 2014 and benefits from an average feed-in-tariff of €111/MWh, and will continue to be serviced by Altus Energy.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to SUSI Partners on the sale to M.E.R.
