Augusta & Co is proud to announce the sale by Norsk Vind Energi of the Bjerkreim Cluster 294MW ready-to-build wind park project located in south west Norway to Luxcara. The project is currently under construction and is expected to generate in excess of 1TWh annually when operational.
In its largest PPA to date in Europe, Facebook has agreed to purchase the power from the project under a 15-year agreement.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to Norsk Vind Energi on the sale to Luxcara and on sourcing the PPA. Augusta has now advised on over 700MW of corporate PPAs in Norway and Sweden.
