Augusta & Co is pleased to announce the sale by EuroCape New Energy of its French renewable energy development business headquartered in Montpellier with a 476.3MW onshore wind and solar pipeline.
The transaction closed on 28 December 2018 as part of a wider sale to IMPAX Asset Management which includes an additional wind and solar portfolio (167MW) of operating, construction and development projects in France owned by LongWing Energy and is expected to close in H1 2019.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to EuroCape New Energy on the sale to IMPAX Asset Management.
This transaction marks the third sale of a French renewable energy development company including the team by Augusta, following the successful sale of Velocita to Envision in 2016 and Epuron to ERG in 2018.
