Our clients include project developers as well as some of the largest corporate and financial players in the sector. We are very familiar with the range of renewable energy assets including wind, solar, biomass, landfill, biofuels, marine and hydro.
Recent projects have included a €150M advisory mandate on the joint venture between Multibrid Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH & Areva; and exclusive financial advisory on the sale of 47.5MW of windfarms in France. Past projects have included the purchase of £400m UK wind power portfolio and the placement of £300m wind project finance loans. Other recent mandates have included a valuation of a large off-shore windfarm in the UK; the placement of equity for European developers in Germany, France and Poland, analysis of the capital structure of existing windpower portfolios, and portfolio expansion strategies.
